-
-
'licensed' (formerly 'j-category') covers 'essential employees'
-
'registered' (formerly 'non-qualified') covers employees not covered by 'entitled', 'entitled to work', and 'licensed' status
-
'exempt' status covers staff who have registered residential status but their employer is exempt from counting them as such for business licencing purposes
Further details on residential statuses are available on gov.je and in the CHWL where they are defined.
