Self Health Rating
Percentage of Jersey adults (over 16 years old) who describe their health as being in the following categories: very good, good, fair, poor, or very poor.
Prior to 2016, the categories used were: excellent, very good, good, fair, or poor.
This data is taken from the Jersey Opinion and Lifestyle Survey (JOLS), the survey of a representative sample of the Jersey adult population. Reports on the Jersey Opinions and Lifestyle Survey are available here.
The 2021 data was taken from the 2021 Census results, therefore this is data for Jersey's population as a whole rather than a representative sample. For more information see chapter 5 of the 2021 Census report.
