Weekly Royal Court transactions
Transaction numbers and amounts that have passed through Jersey's Royal Court. The tables provides two sets of definition of transaction: those included in the quarterly House Price Index (HPI); and an extended set which includes the following additional property types: 1-bedroom and 5- or more bedroom houses; 3- or more bedroom flats; bedsits; and designated first time buyer, age restricted and housing gateway properties.
The latest House Price Index report is available here on gov.je.
