JHA Service Performance and Delivery Measures

Justice and Home Affairs Service Performance and Delivery Measures (SPDMs) demonstrate the high-level performance of our department. They provide a broad overview of the delivery of key emergency and criminal justice services and are published in departmental Business Plans.​

These measures evidence the contribution of our services towards the Government of Jersey’s Sustainable Wellbeing Goal of Community Wellbeing and the part we play in achieving the Future Jersey vision’s Island Outcome of Safety and Security.
